In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact us via e-mail at nasiliajewelry@gmail.com indicating «PRODUCT RETURN» in the subject and mentioning your order code and the code of the product that you wish to return, so we can let you know how you can do so.

All returns are executed via a partner courier company, with no shipping costs or extra charges. All items must be returned in their original condition and package, from the country that the order was delivered to, along with the receipt or invoice of purchase and the return form filled out.

Alternatively, you can always schedule an appointment and visit our showroom (Chalandri, 14 Platonos str., 1^st floor) in order to return the product.

Product returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery. In case of a product return, no refund is made.
