Silver jewelry tends to lose its shine over time and may even turn black. This is tarnish – the result of a chemical reaction between silver and sulphur in the air.

Actually, silver items react not only with sulphur in the air. Perfumes, cosmetics, hair spray, hand cream, oils from skin and even some foods – can get the metal to tarnish and lose its lustre and shine. Luckily there are some simple and inexpensive ways to remove tarnish, polish and clean silver.

Line a bowl with aluminium foil and fill with hot water. Add a tablespoon of liquid laundry detergent and a tablespoon of baking soda and stir well. Drop your silver items inside and let them soak for 15-20 minutes (please avoid any jewelry with stones). Take the silver out with kitchen tongs, rinse with lukewarm water and lay on a paper towel to let the items dry.

We do offer cleaning service, charging about 1-2 euro per piece.

*Bracelets: Casted silver jewelry can be more vulnerable. You should treat your jewelry (even more bracelets) cautiously in order to avoid damaging them.

Focus on how to adjust them / it’ll be best not to fluctuate them at all . If necessary try to bend the end in an up/down direction ie vertically or diagonally, and not horizontally, otherwise cracking will be caused in a short period of time.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within 15 working days after it has been placed and confirmed.
For deliveries within Greece, shipping costs are 3,50€ (free delivery for orders over 80€).
For deliveries within Europe, shipping costs are 13
(free delivery for orders over 160€) and for all international deliveries, shipping costs will be 20€ (free delivery for orders over 200€).


RETURN POLICY

If you would like to make a return, please complete the form that is sent along with your items and include it with your return.
Any items bought on sale are only eligible to be returned for an exchange, after getting in touch with us by email at nasiliahelp@gmail.com.
These items are not open to refunds.
Also, any item is not eligible to be returned for a refund whatsoever.
Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the jewelry is faulty.

In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact us at nasiliahelp@gmail.com indicating the reason in the subject and mentioning your order code and the code of the product that you have issues with, so we can help you in the easiest way possible. 

All items must be returned in their original condition and package, from the country that the order was delivered to, along with the receipt or invoice of purchase and the return form filled out.

Alternatively, you can always visit our store in Aristofanous 9, Chalandri 15234 Athens Greece, in order to return the product.

Product returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. In case of a product return, no refund is made.
